Are you passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals with autism and learning disabilities live independent, meaningful lives within their community?
Phoenix Care Staff is looking for reliable and compassionate Autism & Learning Disability Outreach Workers to support individuals across community-based and supported living services.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
• Experience in community outreach or supported living is desirable
• Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred due to community-based work
• A genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, inclusion, and choice
• Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
• Confidence supporting individuals with varying levels of need, including complex behaviours
• Ability to work independently while following person-centred care plans
