Nestled in the charming town of Brechin, Bearehill Care Home is a stunning Georgian mansion surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. Our home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 49 residents, with thoughtful touches that make every day special from our sunny conservatory and sensory garden to freshly baked treats, delicious meals, and a dedicated hairdresser. Here, residents don’t just live they flourish in a warm, welcoming, and enriching environment.

What You'll Do
Lead Clinical Care: Oversee and drive clinical care to ensure every resident receives personalised, high-quality support.
Enhance Resident Experience: Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where residents and families feel valued.
Dynamic Role: Work closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community, making every day meaningful.
Support & Training: Mentor and develop your team, empowering them to provide exceptional care.
Step In as Needed: Confidently cover for the Home Manager, demonstrating leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN, with strong clinical skills and expertise.
- Experience with the Elderly: Previous experience in elderly care, ideally dementia care, enabling you to connect with and understand residents’ needs.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- Supportive Approach: Committed to staff development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adaptable Leader: Confident stepping into the Home Manager role when required, ensuring seamless operations.
