Nursery Room Leader (Baby Room – Under 18 Months) - Greenwich, South East London (SE10)
More2Childcare is recruiting an experienced Nursery Room Leader for our Baby Room (under 18 months) at our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Greenwich, South East London. This is a rare opportunity, with our current Room Leader having been in the role for 10 years.
We’re looking for a Level 3 (or above) qualified practitioner who is already a Room Leader or has at least 2 years’ EYFS nursery experience and is ready to step up into a leadership role.
Hours: 4 days per week, 7:30am–6:00pm, with one fixed day off.
As Nursery Room Leader, you will lead a small team, deliver outstanding baby-room practice, plan engaging activities, complete observations, support staff development, ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards, and build strong relationships with parents.
