Job Description: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to work in our chilled warehouse at the Eurocentral site. This role is focused on handling milk stock and ensuring it is distributed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload roller cages of milk from vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Check best-before dates and stock codes to maintain accuracy and product integrity.
- Follow correct stock rotation procedures to ensure freshness and uphold quality standards.
- Replenish stock, consolidate inventory, and prepare cages so orders are securely and neatly stacked.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organised to support smooth warehouse operations and readiness for demand.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and follow warehouse processes, reporting any issues or defects promptly to support continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
