Key responsibilities
This is a physical, active role involving walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the working day.
As a Site Operative, your duties will include carrying out all stages of the new-build cleaning process, which consists of:
1. Builders Clean, 2. 2nd Clean, 3. 3rd Clean, 4. Sparkle Clean
• Adhering to all site health & safety regulations
• Correct use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet site deadlines
• Reporting defects, access issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
Skills
• Legal Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
• Experience in construction or new-build cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and site-specific cleaning specifications
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Car driver with own car - Desirable
Qualifications
• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
