What You’ll Do as a Area Nursery Manager:
Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery Management team to deliver outstanding care, teaching and learning.
Elevate our nursery’s standards and practices through effective leadership.

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Your Ideal Background:
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
Maths GCSE required
At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
