We have an exciting opportunity to work as a member of our ambitious team to improve the safety of patients further with the implementation of the new national Patient Safety Incident Review Framework.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for patient safety. You will bring key organisational skills to Patient Safety Incident investigation and patient safety projects within our ambitious programme of work.

You will work along side a team of investigators, the Learning Response Lead and Head of Patient Safety to undertake robust patient safety incident investigations by working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to investigate, analyse and use judgement through the collation of evidence and findings using the agreed methods within the Trust's PSIRP, in order to provide systems learning for improvement.
