Summary

The role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple business functions within a fast-growing, international technology environment.

In this role, you will provide specialised HR expertise aligned with business and functional objectives, supporting leaders across areas such as Go-to-Market, Product, Services, and Corporate Functions. You will play a key role in shaping people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness across Europe.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to partner effectively with leadership teams in complex, matrixed organisations.

Key accountabilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate people strategies into actionable plans aligned with business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning, in collaboration with central and local HR teams
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes in compliance with local labour legislation
  • Act as a key HR contact for Works Council matters, including consultation, collaboration, and preparation of relevant documentation
  • Support performance management processes, goal setting, and people metrics tied to organisational priorities
  • Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and organisational structure to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Provide compensation and rewards guidance in line with market benchmarks and internal equity
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive work culture, including local employee events
  • Support HR aspects of organisational change, including restructuring, transformation, and M&A activities
  • Use HR data and insights to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for one or more European markets

Skills & experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience working with Works Councils in a European context
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
  • Experience supporting business functions such as IT, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Professional Services
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, organisational design, and employee development
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and growth-oriented organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across seniority levels and cultures
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to inform decisions
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
  • Experience working with enterprise HRIS systems and people analytics tools
