We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Project Manager to join Wingstop UK’s Construction Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting one of Europe’s fastest-growing restaurant brands, delivering new store openings, refurbishment projects, and capital investment programmes across our estate.
Reporting into the Head of Construction, you’ll take ownership of construction projects from design through to delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, restaurant teams, and a wide network of contractors and consultants to ensure our restaurants are built and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities- Manage the delivery of new store openings, minor refurbishments, and like-for-like replacement CAPEX projects across the estate
- Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality construction outcomes on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of detailed design, ensuring alignment with brand, operational, and statutory requirements
- Develop, monitor, and communicate project programmes, proactively managing risks and delivery timelines
- Obtain financial approval for project expenditure and maintain full budgetary responsibility throughout the project lifecycle
- Track, manage, and report any variances to approved budgets, ensuring strong cost control and commercial oversight
- Undertake regular site inspections, site meetings, snagging, and defect identification inspections
- Support the engagement and management of Principal Designers to ensure full compliance with CDM regulations
- Ensure all works comply with required standards, policies, and specifications
- Build strong working relationships with restaurant managers and operational teams, communicating clearly and effectively throughout project delivery
- Ensure full statutory compliance by contractors and regularly monitor adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the replacement and upgrade of key assets, including catering equipment, across the restaurant estate
- Implement and oversee the rollout of equipment upgrade programmes, assuming full budgetary and delivery responsibility
- 5+ years’ relevant property or construction experience within a large, multi-site organisation
- Demonstrable experience managing construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects end to end
- Strong technical knowledge of building services, facilities, and restaurant environments
- Experience managing planned maintenance and capital investment programmes
- Proven experience compiling, reviewing, and controlling budgets with strong commercial awareness
- Working knowledge of CAFM systems (such as ProNett) is desirable
- Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders, operational teams, and external partners
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
- Resilient and adaptable, able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment

- Strong IT capability, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week
- Regular travel across the UK to support site activity and project delivery
