llstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Systems Administrator NPD for well established manufacturing company based Renfrew.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Systems Administrator who, utilising the centralised ERP system, will maintain and update data information accurately.
What You’ll Do:
Input and maintain critical NPD master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Identify and correct discrepancies in product data on our system.
Ensure tasks are completed on time.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with an ERP platform.
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable.
Works well independently and in a team.
Clear communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Accuracy
The Systems Administrator is responsible for entering information into the company’s ERP system accurately. This includes data from a variety of sources, such as: supplier info, customer files, purchase orders, inventory updates, or internal reports.
Checking and Correcting Information
Review data for mistakes, missing details, or duplicates. Correct errors promptly to ensure records remain reliable and consistent.
Regular Data Reviews
Perform routine checks to ensure information remains accurate and complete over time, reducing ongoing errors.
Reports and Spreadsheets
Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets to support management in tracking progress and making informed decisions.
Teamwork and Communication
Work with other teams to clarify information and fix data issues, ensuring consistency across departments.
Meeting Deadlines
Complete tasks on time without sacrificing accuracy. Reliable and timely data helps the business run smoothly.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
