Customer Service Assistant

Fixed Term Contract until December 2026
Salary: £9,254.14 gross per annum (£23,614.02 FTE)
Hours: 14.5 hours per week (working pattern below)
Location: Chudleigh Library
Closing date: 9am, Thursday 26th February 2026
Interview date: Thursday 12th March 2026 at Newton Abbot Library (Passmore Edwards Centre)

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation where you will enjoy an exciting challenge delivering an excellent frontline service to customers devising and running fundraising events, activities and community support. We would welcome a new team member who is creative, imaginative, organised and customer focused.

Working Pattern

Monday: 9:45am - 1:45pm (4 hrs)
Tuesday: 2:45pm – 6:15pm (3.5 hrs)
Friday: 1:45pm – 5:15pm (3.5 hrs)
Saturday: 9:45am – 1:15pm (3.5 hrs)
Total Weekly Hours: 14.5 hours per week
