Summary

Therapeutic Coordinator (Job Ref 25-79)
Salary - £29,031.24 per annum pro rata, based on a 37-hour working week
Part time – 23 hours per week. Based in Plymouth
Permanent Contract

Join our team of Therapeutic Coordinators across Devon, Torbay and Plymouth providing a critical role to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of our counselling services for young people aged 11 to 25.

You will have the opportunity to develop and be part of the service delivery in Plymouth and support a small team of counsellors. Your experience and skills will be used to ensure we offer the right choice to young people at the right time, this involves being part of the triage and assessment pathway.

In this key role you will support the delivery of accessible, high-quality therapeutic support ensuring a positive experience for young people and their families in Plymouth. As part of our team you will help shape and strengthen the therapeutic culture, delivery and clinical oversight across our youth work and wellbeing services, using trauma-responsive, inclusive and youth-led approaches.

Essential qualifications:
Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred or Integrative Counselling
