We are recruiting a Corporate Assistant to join the Corporate Support Team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is a great team player, with a positive attitude and self-motivated while working from the office or home. Who gets job satisfaction from being responsive to the needs of our customers and is excited to be part of the team that provides support to all services of the Council.
There will be a variety of duties including the production of Council Agendas and Minutes, maintaining the Council’s website, general document production, transcribing audio recordings and using various IT software packages.
This is an exciting opportunity to extend or brush up your existing admin and IT skills in a very busy office where no two days are alike.
It is essential to have attention to detail and have an ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
