Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 social worker / CPN to join our dynamic and supportive Central Early Intervention In Psychosis Team for a fixed term to cover maternity leave . This is the perfect opportunity to broaden your skill set in the area of Psychosis and relapse recovery . We work with individuals between the age of 14-65 years with a First Episode Psychosis to provide the vital early intervention which truly changes lives .

We require a highly motivated and committed individual with a genuine passion for providing evidence based recovery interventions to people experiencing a first episode Psychosis.
The Post Holder will aim to reduce the impact of psychosis and ensure that the individual remains actively involved in life with a focus on living an ordinary life and to achieve personal recovery.
You will manage a varied caseload providing evidence based assessments and interventions , working closely with Psychology.
You will particiapte on a duty rota in assessing for suitability into the service and supporting your colleagues on Triage and Duty .

Under line management and clinical supervision from within the Early Intervention Team, the post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions and assessment for a caseload of service users living in the community within the framework of CPA and in line with the relevant clinical pathways i.e.) as outlined within the EIT operational procedure.
This includes respecting individuality, values, culture and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and thus contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
