Summary
ROLE: SMART Repair Technician
LOCATION: Newport
SALARY: 35k OTE + Company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday – 40 hour per week
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Smart Repair Technician for our clients Newport based bodyshop.
You will need to have expereince working in a bodyshop but you don’t need to have qualifications.
Day to day:
• Carry out high-quality SMART repairs and vehicle preparation to manufacturer and Bodyshop standards
• Prepare panels and vehicle parts for refinish, including masking, sanding, and use of hand and power tools
• Inspect and diagnose routine and non-routine cosmetic defects, ensuring right-first-time repairs
• Accurately manage colour matching and maintain colour database records
• Work in line with Bodyshop and dealership Health & Safety requirements
