The Role:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within the Automotive sector.
• Building long-term relationships with dealerships, manufacturers, and independent garages.
• Sourcing high-calibre talent through our extensive database and premium job boards.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Need:

Experience: A background in Recruitment (any sector) OR experience in B2B/B2C Sales or the Automotive industry.
