The role is based in Sidley but is flexible and most delivery is carried out virtually.
The role involves delivering evidence‑based parenting programmes to parents and caregivers via Microsoft Teams and, when required, through face‑to‑face sessions. You will provide training and consultations for Early Help colleagues and external partners, liaising and networking with organisations and parent support groups across the county to strengthen parenting support. Additionally, you will contribute to the upkeep and development of our social media platforms, including creating content for the corporate YouTube channel.
For this essential role we are looking for people who have:
Hold a level 4 qualification in a relevant subject
Willingness to take on additional training to gain the skills necessary to work with specific client groups
You will have an understanding of the ages and stages of child development and family systems
