Summary
The focusof this role is to provide divisional oversight for, and coordinate the delivery of, the EMAS quality improvement strategy, objectives and priorities. TheDivisionalSeniorManager (Quality), whilst accountable to theDivisionalDirector,will work closely and proactively withall other members of the senior team across the 3geographical areasestablished within the Division. They will also provide senior clinical leadership for theDivisionalSeniorClinicalLeader (DSCL) andSpecialistPractitioner (SP) roles, acting as the divisions clinical and quality professional lead. TheDivisionalSeniorManager (Quality) will take the lead coordinating role in the development of clinical and quality improvement plans, linking divisional priorities with other business areas such as quality improvement, patient safety,clinicaldirectorate andtheeducationdepartment. This is a 12 Month Secondment in the first instance.
