Summary

Contract:Permanent; 37.5 Hours per week Shifts: A combination of day and night shifts are scheduled from 7:00 to 19:30 or 19:00 to 7:30, Monday through Sunday, including bank holidays. Salary: Band 6 (Marie Curie/AFC), £38,682 - £46,580 per year, plus applicable enhancements Location: Inpatient Unit, West Midlands Hospice, Solihull What we are looking for: Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration. Proven experience in a senior nursing role, ideally within an acute or specialist setting. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others. Excellent clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively at all levels. Evidence of continuous professional development and compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
