Summary
The purpose of this post is to deliver safe, highquality phlebotomy services to the practice population. Working within your skills, competencies, and professional boundaries, you will provide primary care phlebotomy interventions and ensure safe and effective specimen collection. The post holder will contribute to service development, support the implementation of policies and procedures, and consistently demonstrate high professional standards. You will act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their dignity, safety, and wellbeing, while maintaining excellent clinical practice and performance.
