This Is More Than a Senior Controller RoleWe're looking for someone ready to step into leadership.

As a Control Room Team Leader, you'll oversee a team of Control Room Administrators operating 24/7, ensuring our National Operations Centre runs smoothly, professionally, and to the highest standard.

This is an entry-point management role for someone ambitious, proactive, and capable of multitasking at a high level in a fast-paced operational environment.

-Ensuring duress activations and escalations are handled correctly and promptly

-Overseeing workload distribution during peak periods

-Maintaining exceptional accuracy in reporting and incident logging

-Leading structured handovers between shifts

This role requires resilience, pace, and professionalism.
