Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform to meet user and business needs. You will work in multi‑disciplinary agile teams, integrating Dynamics with Charity Commission systems while meeting the Government Service Standard and the Technology Code of Practice.
The main things you will be doing are:
- Designing, configuring and developing Dynamics 365 (CE) solutions, including Dataverse customisation, workflows/Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, and solution management across environments.
- Delivering user‑focused Dynamics 365 modules and features across CRM, knowledge management and Power Pages, ensuring accessibility and alignment with service needs.
- Integrating Dynamics 365 securely with internal and government systems, using APIs, Azure services, and robust integration patterns while monitoring performance and capacity.
- Managing data migration and data quality, including ETL processes, deduplication, and enforcing data standards, governance and retention policies.
- Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through testing, defect management, code reviews, and supporting live service incident/problem management.
