Hours that work around your life
• Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings — or a mix
• Choose to work as little or as much as you like
• Business operates 8am–9:30pm, 365 days a year
• Minimum 1-hour visits (no rushing between clients)
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support clients in their own homes with:
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
• Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Medication support and reminders
• Encouraging independence and well-being
Pay & benefits you can rely on
• £12.75–£13.75 per hour
• £24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel and waiting time
• 35p per mile between visits
• 28 days’ holiday (pro rata)
• Pension scheme & staff discounts
• Fully funded training and 24/7 support
What we’re looking for
• Kind, reliable, and patient people
• Full UK driving license & access to a car (essential)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
• A genuine desire to do meaningful work
