Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Carpentry Estimator to join this companies growing team, working on high-quality shop fitting and commercial fit-out projects.
This is a key role for someone who understands carpentry packages inside out and can confidently price projects from tender through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate estimates and take-offs for carpentry and joinery works
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies
Assisting with tender submissions and commercial reviews
Working closely with project managers and site teams
About You:
Proven experience as a carpentry estimator, ideally within shop fitting or commercial fit-out
Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out works
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Experience with estimating software is an advantage
