Summary
Class 1 Night Driver
Class 1 (C+E) Night Trunk Driver required - limited / no handball, stable long-term work with a leading Sheffield logistics provider, with a clear temp-to-perm pathway.
Location: S25 (Sheffield / Rotherham)
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour | Overtime available
Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week
Shifts: Monday-Friday nights | Start times from 16:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Night-time Depot-to-depot trunking
- Operating a Class 1 (C+E) double-deck vehicle
- Safely securing and transporting loads
- Completing vehicle checks
- Completing all required paperwork
- Adhering to transport legislation and Health & Safety guidelines
✅Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous double-deck experience preferred
- Confident with trunking and reversing
- Able to provide references
- Good communication skills are essential
