Summary
Jones FM are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our growing team, covering sites across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served engineer looking for a mobile role with variety, responsibility, and the support of a well-established facilities maintenance company.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and industrial sites
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
Undertaking general building services maintenance as required
Completing work in line with health and safety regulations and company standards
Accurately completing job reports and documentation via mobile device
Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Essential Requirements:
Time-served Electrical Engineer / qualified to a recognised standard (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience with HVAC, lighting, power distribution, or emergency lighting systems
Previous mobile maintenance experience
