Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, hardworking team at Trafalgar Wharf in Portsmouth Harbour.
As the face and personality of the dry stack facility, you will play a vital part in how we are viewed by berth holders and visitors to our site and this is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast-paced team in a great location.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
• Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
• A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems
• “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
This role will be primarily office based but will also include some outdoor working and the rota will provide for working some weekends and bank holidays.
Experience of boating would be advantageous but not essential. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
