Summary
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive accident repair centre in the Newport area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme.
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) rising to 33 days over the length of service.

- 45-hour week Monday to Friday.
Duties:
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 45-hour week Monday to Friday.
