Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts & Service Advisor working within a leading Automotive Dealership in the Hayes area.
Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts / Service Advisor to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.
Benefits:
- Up To £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
- Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
- Independent Owned Main Car Dealership Environment
- 80% Parts Department, 20% Service Department
Requirements:
- Have previous working experience in a similar role, within the Automotive industry.
- A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts & Service Systems
As a Parts / Service Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’ success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You’ll also be managing bookings and service scheduling, as well as assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales.
The salary for this Parts & Service Advisor position is up to £35,000, plus bonuses.
Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday (08:00:18:00), with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings.
