Summary

Events Assistant / Personal Assistant
London | Hybrid (Office + On-site Events) | Full-time

A premium, design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between event delivery and PA responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while also supporting the leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

-Events & Brand Activations

-Support planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events, tastings, pop-ups, and markets

-Transport, organise, and prepare event materials, products, and equipment

-Represent the brand at events, engaging customers with warmth and professionalism

-Assist with product education, sampling, and point-of-sale transactions

-Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent

-Support post-event wrap-up, stock checks, and feedback collection

-Personal Assistant & Administration

-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls

-Provide reminders for upcoming events, deadlines, and priority tasks

-Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence

-Support travel planning and logistics when required

-Help organise documents, files, and internal records

-Provide general administrative support to the leadership team

About You

-Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing environments

-Highly organised with strong attention to detail

-Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities

-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

-Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings

-Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg

-Right to work in the UK

Nice to Have

-Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service

-PA, EA, or administrative experience

-Interest in wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands

-Experience using Google Workspace, calendars, or basic CRM tools
