Summary

Sales Director
Hybrid (London) | Full-time

A premium, design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.

What you will do

-Own and execute sales strategy across all channels

-Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships

-Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management

-Work closely with supply chain and marketing to support sustainable growth

-Represent the brand at key industry events and tastings

About you

-5+ years of experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role

-Proven success within FMCG, food & beverage, wellness, or premium consumer brands

-Strategic thinker with a hands-on, founder-friendly mindset

-Strong negotiator and relationship builder

-Passion for high-quality products and brand-led growth

-£70k–£80k base + commission + performance bonus
