About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our team to assist in the delivery of a range of events at Waterside; including front of house duties, such as meeting and greeting visitors, ticket scanning, ushering in the theatre(s) and serving customers at our bar, coffee shop, gift shop and merchandise outlets.
The post holder will be part of the Front of House team responsible for customer care and effective delivery of a variety of events, meetings and private events including weddings.
