Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Forklift Operatives to join our client based in Biggleswade. We are seeking skilled individuals who can work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation, supporting the smooth and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
Shifts Available:- 4 On / 4 Off - Days: 06:00-18:00, including weekends 12 hour shift maximum.
- Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
- Operating VNA, Counterbalance, PPT and Aisle Master equipment safely
- Using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Supporting stock rotation and consolidation
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards using a "clean as you go" approach
- Liaising directly with customers to support service expectations
- Conducting equipment checks where required
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes
- Safely lifting and moving heavy items
- Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records
- Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines
- Experience operating VNA, Counterbalance, PPT or Aisle Master equipment
- In-date, accredited FLT licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and safely
- 28 days paid annual leave
