Summary
Essential person specification requirements Qualifications Sound educational background (4 GCSE’s grade C/ 5 or above) Experience Experience and knowledge of multi-disciplinary team working Experience of good customer or patient care Working with computer software programmes such as Microsoft Office (excel, word and PowerPoint), e-mail and internet Previous NHS administrative role Experience with NHS/healthcare software systems including Symphony, E-Camis and System 1 Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team/clients/relatives, demonstrate awareness of confidentiality issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills Able to manage own workload without direct supervision.
