Activity Frequency Number ofPA/ week On call / Admitting consultant (8-20) &CEPODtheatre cover (13-20) 1:4 4.77 PA DCC CEPODtheatre cover (8-13) & Emergency Surgical clinic (13-18) 1:5 2.8 PADCC Elective week (theatre) 1:4 0.31PA DCC On-Call weekends and nights (18-8) -predictable&unpredictable 1:12 1.37PA DCC SPA 2SPA 2SPA Admin 0.75 PA Total 12PA On-Call: Hand-over, morning WR, Hot-clinic, Evening WR, handover to night on-call.
