Job objectives and responsibilities
· Work as part of the Stores team
· Supervison of Prisoner with bin collections, litter picking, laundry and stores deliveries
· Stock control
Main duties
· Assist with goods in and out.
· Assist with orders and deliveries to all departments.
· Liaise effectively with other departments.
· Store person general duties - General stores/laundry/back gate security/grounds maintenance.
· Assist with the bins and grounds

· Strong and effective communication skills.

· Lives close to Brixton
· Ability to pass Prison Service vetting.

Health and Safety responsibilities
· Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service
delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
· Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
· Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
