About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer‑focused Maintenance Worker to join our social housing team. In this role, you'll travel from property to property carrying out essential repairs, ensuring our tenants live in safe, well‑maintained homes. Every day brings something different, and you'll play a key part in improving the quality of life for the residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and repair tasks across a range of social housing properties
- Diagnose issues and complete work to a high standard
- Travel between sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required and over 25 for insurance purposes)
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with tenants
- Identify and report any issues requiring further attention or specialist contractors

- A full, clean UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
