As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
Lead and support the cleaning team, setting a positive example for quality and customer service
Plan and organise daily cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard
Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and correctly
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations
Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns to your manager promptly
Help the team meet daily objectives and maintain high standards of cleanliness
About You
Excellent customer service skills

Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users
Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards
Able to work effectively on your own initiative
