London Gatwick Airport | Wilson James (via The Best Connection - Aviation)

The Best Connection - Aviation is currently hiring Customer Care Agent to work with Wilson James at London Gatwick Airport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced airport environment within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry. .

You will be supporting passengers who require additional assistance and helping to ensure their airport journey is safe, comfortable, and stress-free during the busy seasonal period.

What We Offer
  • Hourly rate: £14.71
  • Bank Holiday rate: £29.42
  • Part-time hours: 6-hour shifts
  • Shift patterns: 4 days on / 4 days off or 3 days on / 4 days off
  • Flexibility required across all shift times
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • Overtime available

This is a temporary seasonal position, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Your Day-to-Day Duties as a Customer Care Agent
  • Deliver a high standard of passenger care and assistance
  • Guide and accompany passengers with reduced mobility through the airport
  • Operate wheelchairs and electric buggies safely
  • Assist passengers with baggage where necessary
  • Check equipment daily and report any faults
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all mobility equipment
  • Liaise with the airport control team using handheld devices
  • Accurately complete required documentation
  • Support operational teams with additional tasks as needed
Who We're Looking For
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment
  • Calm under pressure with good time-management skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Airport or passenger service experience is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage
