Summary

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Bedford.

The role includes deliveries to stores across the UK, with an average of 2–3 drops of caged goods, plus some collections.

Pay Rates (PAYE-including holiday pay)
Hourly pay ranges from £19.05 to £23.37, depending on shift pattern and progression period.

  Requirements

  • HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (Category CE)

    
    

  • Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience

    
    

  • Refrigerator unit experience preferred

    
    

  • Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card

    
    

  • No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
