Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm & Friday 8.30am – 2pm

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

An established Manufacturer is looking for a HR Administrator on an initial temporary contract, leading to a permanent position. Working within a small HR team you will be providing HR Administration support to 2 sites with circa 240 staff.

Key duties will include;

• Handle daily HR admin tasks across the full employee lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including time and attendance, sickness and absence data.
• Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and compliant.
• Manage absence reporting and support managers
• Organise and monitor Occupational Health referrals.
• Support recruitment by managing applications, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment and security checks.
• Oversee onboarding and leavers’ processes, including offers, contracts, references and exit documentation.
• Support employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance) with accurate notes and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to engagement and culture initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.

The successful applicant will possess;

• Experience working in an HR administration role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and basic HR legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, confidential data handling.
• Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with employees, managers and external partners.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
