About the homeThe service currently supports five adults, and this may change as the needs of the home evolve. The people who live here enjoy getting out and about — exploring new places, trying new activities and building independence, confidence and healthier routines.
As a Lead Support Worker, you'll play an essential part in shaping these opportunities and ensuring each day is filled with meaningful moments.
About the roleAs a Lead Support Worker, you'll help the people we support live happy, fulfilling and independent lives — while guiding colleagues so they feel confident and supported in delivering great care.
You will:
- Support people to enjoy their community, discover new opportunities and try new experiences
- Encourage independence and daily routines that help people live healthier, happier lives
- Coach colleagues, role-model great practice and provide day-to-day guidance
- Contribute to the smooth running of the home, ensuring support aligns with plans, policies and our values
- Work every other weekend as part of a stable, supportive rota

- £14.44 per hour
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
