The role:
We have several exciting opportunities for Patterning Operatives to join the state-of-the-art Patterning department at their custom-built Head Office. This is a temp-to-perm role with full training provided, giving you the chance to develop a variety of skills across multiple teams. You’ll play a key role in producing premium patterning products, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes at every stage.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality patterning items for internal and external customers
Finish fabric using industrial machines with attention to detail
Complete ticketing and carding processes, following production guides and specifications
Maintain high standards throughout all stages of production
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Support various sections within the Patterning department and other areas of the business as required
Essential skills and qualities:
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Professional, friendly, and approachable
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player who can also work independently
