- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Uphold safeguarding, welfare and nursery policies
-Observe, assess and plan for individual children's needs
The Ideal Candidate
- Level2/3 Early years qualification, or working towards (Ofsted recognised)
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
- Reliable, caring and motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team
