Summary
Undertake appropriate occupational therapy assessments for clients who are referred. Take a lead on promoting service user employment on the wards Undertake home visits and visits to community resources within the context of a daily living assessment of need or to introduce clients to services providing self identified areas of interest. Oversee the work of occupational therapy students on the ward Support volunteers and peer workers on the wards Ensure that interventions are evidence based and outcome measured. Take a lead in an area of clinical interest , eg QI project, research etc
