Summary
As P23 Construction Senior Manager the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across all stakeholders involved with estates capital assurance and delivery (inc. ProCure23) to help ensure the effective and efficient delivery of NHS Capital programmes. The post is responsible for providing professional expertise to the outcome of the business processes for the Department or Directorate. Key Functional Responsibilities Operational requirements Leads oversight of framework contractors assurance and supplier intelligence Supports head of construction procurement with liaison with CCS and review and analysis of framework and contractor assurance data Acts as the lead for the development and management of the framework pipeline Information Management Develop and deliver information sharing systems Develop the acquisition, organisation, provision and use of knowledge and information Highlight exceptions and risks ensuring mitigating action is taken Policy and Service Development Carry responsibility for developing policy and procedure within own discipline/field, including briefings, commissioning, business or resources Responsible for proposing and drafting changes, implementation and interpretation to policies, guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) which may impact within Department or Directorate Proposes changes to own project/service and make recommendations for other projects/service delivery Secondments Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreementshouldbeobtainedfromtheiremployerpriortosubmittingtheapplication
