Summary

Team Manager

What we do:

We operate in a security alarm receiving centre (ARC) environment, responsible for responding to alarms from a variety of clients throughout the UK, and engaging with emergency service when required, in a timely and professional manner.

Where: Mitie | 1st Floor, Unit 9 Silverwood Business Park, 70 Silverwood Road, Lurgan, Craigavon, County Armagh, BT66 6SY, UK

Hours: 42.5hrs per week, Monday-Friday with rotating shift pattern (6am-2.30pm, 11am-7.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm)

Salary: £31,886.40 per annum

Responsibilities:

-Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your team members, while monitoring operational performance against service levels

-Sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.

-Ensure that all team members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve our goals.

-Conduct performance reviews and provide efficient levels of coaching and support to bridge knowledge gaps where identified.

-Liaise and participate with training and recruitment, to ensure operational headcount and knowledge is at the required standard.

-Track daily/weekly/monthly performance to present data to clients on productivity and success against KPI's.

-To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.

-Comply with IS) 27001 standards and procedures.

Essential:

-Applicants must have a 5-year checkable history.

-You must successfully pass a PSNI check as per BS5979 and BS7858 screening as per industry standard.
