The Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Nights Operative (minimum 1 year warehouse experience) to join our friendly and supportive night team.
This is a fast-paced, physically active role where teamwork is essential. You will be responsible for picking, loading and moving stock accurately and safely to ensure customer orders are ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Pick and load customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with deadlines.
* Move, lift and handle stock safely (regular lifting up to 25kg).
* Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems where required.
* Work closely with colleagues to meet nightly targets and service levels.
Essential Requirements
* Valid Right to Work in the UK.
* Minimum 12 months’ warehouse experience (foodservice, FMCG or e-commerce preferred).
* Ability to work regular night shifts.
* Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift.
* Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance record.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
Desirable Skills
* Forklift or MHE licences (PPT, Counterbalance, Reach Truck).
* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or scanning devices.
* Flexibility to work overtime, weekends or across different warehouse areas.
* Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy.
* Team-oriented mindset.
