Summary
Contract:
Permanent, part-time position during school term time with a minimum of 25 guaranteed hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm.
There is the option to take on additional bank staff hours to cover staff illness, holidays, or increased nursery needs.
During school holidays, there may be opportunities to work additional hours within our holiday club, although these hours are not guaranteed and will be arranged as needed.

Are you passionate about early years education and making a positive difference in children’s lives? We are a warm, community-run, non-profit preschool currently seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Experience in a nursery setting (preferred)
Experience working with babies (preferred)
A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferred)
The ideal candidate will:
Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Be reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
