The Recovery Practitioner – i-ART & Family Support , plays a vital role in reducing the impact of drug and alcohol use within families across Cheshire West and Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to support parents and carers on their recovery journey while strengthening outcomes for children. You will be co-located within the Integrated Access and Referral Team (i-art).
